Tucked away on Walnut, is a lively burger spot that also has, one of the best beer tap and whiskey lists in all of Denver, honesty, it amazes us every time we dine in during a football game. What really caught our attention was the dedication to great names from Bells to —– and a ton of others you have to try for yourself.
We snagged a prime patio spot to catch the broncos game on the four, large paneled TVs, grabbed some beers, wings and some fire works fries! these fries are ridiculous, they are covered in bacon, cheese sauce, drizzled with ranch and then topped with pulled pork. Not a bad way to start off a game day.
A few beers into the second half and we’re thinking about burgers. Park Burger has some pretty awesome choices to work with, luckily we were all down to cut em in half so we could try some different flavors. We grabbed a BBQ with haystack onions and bacon, the el Mariachi with green chili and pepper jack, the “get figgy with it,” fig jam, Brie cheese and we added bacon to that bad boy as well, and finally the chef special, pork belly with a 5 spice asian seasoning and all the fixings, the best burger I’ve had in a while. We’re definitely coming back this week, there’s a few more burgers we need to knock out at this awesome spot.
