Arjuna Yoga – Aspen – Warmth, Love, Gatsby, and Longevity

I have been practicing Yogo for about 6 years now. I was introduced to Yoga in Encinitas, CA….at a Bikram studio that was taught by Yogi’s from abroad. It was an intense session of heat (109 degrees) and lots of instruction on the proper technique, benefits, and nomenclatures of Yoga. It was an amazing experience to open my mind, body, and soul. It has stayed with me through the different studios, teachers, and students I have met over the years. We were taught to stay silent and to reflect within our practice to attain the true meaning of “enlightenment.”
I moved to Aspen years ago and the Yoga culture here is strong and deep. There are many studio’s throughout the valley and several within the “round-a-bout” for the Aspenites. But not all of the studios are really steeped in culture, lifestyle, the expression of Yoga, and its being. Arjuna is all of the above. The teachers are warm, well versed, and considerate. Their studio is large and clean. Their “schooling” for teachers is packed with every session announced, and most of all they are true in their intentions. They bring the health and wellness to more than just a classroom of heat. They extend pass that. They are yogi’s and yogini’s. They are also very professional in this town of “customer service.”
Have you learned the history of Yoga?

Their schedule  is great for anyone in town. They offer 30 classes through the week of various variations and techniques.. They also have a studio in Basalt for the valley at 225 Two Rivers Road. It opened this pass Spring and is filling up classes daily. Their instructors rotate through the two studios so be sure to catch your favorite Yogi or Yogini at their classes in Aspen and Basalt.

“How you feel, How your body feels, and How your mind feels”
can all be adjusted and practiced with Arjuna Yoga. You must be in the right step on the right path to achieve enlightenment. Let Arjuna keep your spiritual vehicle tuned, ready, and primed for the experiences ahead.
