Dubpolice – Denver 12/14 recap

We know a few things about Denver and Dubstep….because we know Sub.Mission. We have been following them for years now and we know they can party with the pros. Anytime…..any where….Sub.Mission is about sound not hype and that is why we love them so much. We decided to get dirty with the Sub.Fam for the Dub Police US Tour. Something we knew was going to be for the ages….

Caspa & Trolley Snatcha killed the Ogden last week for Colorado leg of the tour. Sub.Mission keeps the bass rolling heavy and this show was a true delight to see. The Sub.Mission residents started off the night and kept the motion flowing from Coult 45 to Lotus Drops….the Sub Fam keep it proper every time they plug in the play. The Denver scene is rooted in their history. The Ogden was packed and the crowd was raging to the bass!!!

Subscape and JKenzo brought in the ruckus with their sets and dropped bombs on the crowd. The tour has been traveling all over the US and ended in Denver. It was a great energy from the front door to the green room all night. The bass community comes together when the OG’s come town and this show as no different. We had people in town from LA and decided to show them how we do in Denver aka “Dubstep Capitol of the US.”

The end of the night was orchestrated by Caspa and brought down the house. Bodies swinging all over the dance floor to the massive drops and beats from the friendliest ghost in town. He knows what you want and he gives it to the crowd over and over again. Trolley Snatcha opened up the set and threw the hardest whomp the Ogden has seen for a while. Our evening was filled with bass face, sweat, and sound not hype.
