Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project
Crooked Stave is known for their righteously sour and unique take on wild ales. They are currently running a tap house in Denver at The Source and have continued to put out many funky and unique flavors, to always keep sour/lambic connoisseurs coming back.
Next up on the bottle releases for Crooked Stave will be Wednesday March 17th at 6pm. They will be releasing bottles of Petite Sour Hibiscus and Cinnamon! The 2015 batch was aged in oak with our mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and received a modest dose of cinnamon and hibiscus, leaving a slightly tart beer with a vibrant red hue and soft spice notes.
They will follow it up with a new release called Serenata Notturna, which is a Belgian Strong Golden Ale fermented with wild yeasts and aged in Sherry Casks. Initial release date is planned for March 25th at The Source in Denver, CO. Here is a current tap list at the source, The Source is located at 3350 Brighton Blvd. Be sure to stop in and try their delicious beer.
