Phoenix Lights Festival
Relentless Beats has announced the return of Phoenix Lights Festival to Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix, April 8 – 9, 2017. Coming off a record setting year, which saw Phoenix Lights expand to two days and nearly double in attendance, the third annual event has previously featured such acts as: Black Tiger Sex Machine; Claude VonStroke; Ephwurd; Eric Prydz; Excision; DJ Snake; Hardwell; Illenium; Jauz; Kaskade; Marc Kinchen; Tritonal; Yellow Claw; and Zeds Dead, amongst others. The first round of performers for 2017 will be announced in the coming weeks and will include national talent, spanning three stages.
“We set out each year to make Phoenix Lights the marquee festival in the Valley and 2017 is shaping up to go way beyond that,” says Relentless Beats founder Thomas Turner. “Our goal is to transport fans to another planet.”
The multi-stage festival will be held at Margaret T. Hance Park, an urban setting in Downtown Phoenix. The 32-acre park located on the “deck” over the Interstate Highway 10 Papago Freeway Tunnel, between 5th Ave. and 3rd Street, is the home of the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center, McClelland Irish Library, Phoenix Center for the Arts, and Burton Barr Central Library. First dedicated in 1992, the park is located near the Central Station METRO Light Rail and bus transfer stations and is surrounded by libraries, museums, educational facilities, and the arts district. Building off of this momentum, fans can expect top-level talent, cutting edge visuals, unique stage design, interactive experiential installations and more.
Limited presale general admission tickets are available Friday, October 28th, 10 a.m., starting at $99 for a two-day pass. VIP passes (21+), with separate VIP entrance, large VIP deck with assorted seating options, premium view of the main stage, complimentary drink tickets (1x/per day), catered food, passed hors d’oevres and commemorative lanyard are available starting at $299 for a two-day pass.
