Medium Rare- Sara’s Ramen Enclave

img_5359

Wondering around the streets of west Highland, Denver, we somehow ended up stumbling down the alley where a hanging sign says,”EAT” that leads you to Sara’s Ramen Enclave. Sara’s menu offers out options from rice bowls to their ever so tasty ramen, there’s something for every taste you’re craving. If it’s not too cold out and depending on the time, I’d recommend setting up on the outside patio for your delicious meal.

We started with a few orders of sake, some mouth watering spring rolls with a side of peanut sauce and pork dumplings, definitely a great decision. Now for the ramen… on the ramen! Had to go for the classic pork belly in spicy miso broth for this one because it always seems to be the best way. The food at Sara’s Ramen Enclave is perfect for a cold night as well as a quick lunch spot, get there before the wait is too long!
